  • Class/Level Change
    Contact customer support for class change inquiries. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. You are allowed one change per session (8 weeks). Please note that requests may not always be possible due to limited availability.
  • Book Purchase
    We do not provide books. Students should buy or borrow books themselves before class.
  • Referral
    If a new student enters the email address of a registered student in the referral section during their first class registration, both will receive a $30 credit within 3 business days.
  • Credit
    The credit can be used as part of the tuition fees for your next class registration during the checkout process.
  • Refund
    There is no refund fee. You can cancel anytime before the first day of new sessions. All tuition paid will be refunded. After the session begins, a prorated amount (the number of classes taught plus one) will be refunded. For example, if two classes were given, ⅝ of tuition will be refunded. No refund will be given after 1/2 of the total teaching time has elapsed. Credits used for tuition will be back into your account.
  • Zoom
    We provide a zoom link for classes. You do NOT need to buy or have a Zoom ID. But, it is recommended that students get used to the software and know how to set up audio and video settings prior to class.
  • Absence & Make-Up Policy
    We strive to provide a structured and effective learning environment for all students. Please review our absence and make-up policy below: Absences No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes. Late arrivals: To minimize disruptions, students who are more than five minutes late may not be allowed to join the class. As our teachers are focused on instruction, they cannot accommodate latecomers. Make-Up Classes We do not offer make-up classes due to our small class sizes, which are limited to a maximum of five students and often reach full capacity. Even if a spot becomes available, a different teacher may be leading the class, which could disrupt the continuity of learning for both the student and the assigned instructor. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a consistent and high-quality learning experience for all students.
